We provide all medical and surgical procedures as well as preventative health measures, worming, micro-chipping, grooming, and diagnostics for dogs and cats.
Q. Is my insurance covered under your clinic?
Answer:
Yes, in most cases your pet insurance will be covered with our service. It is best to check with your insurance company about the level or type of cover you have.
Q. Do you offer any payment plans?
Answer:
Yes, we have Vetpay available to all clients who meet the requirements. You can log on to Vetpay.com.au and get a pre-approval to make sure you meet these requirements.
Q. Can I drop off my pet in the morning and pick up my pet in the afternoon?
Answer:
Yes, we understand that life is busy and if your pet needs to be seen, you cannot always come in during the day. Just give us a call, drop off your pet and we will look after them.
Q. How many years of experience do you have?
Answer:
Our veterinarians have many years of experience and our senior veterinarians have undergone further training.
Q. Is there parking available at your clinic?
Answer:
Yes there is parking directly out the front of our clinic or a large parking area around the back of our clinic.
Q. Do you do home visits?
Answer:
Yes, we will travel to your pets’ location. If there is more intensive care required it is always best for your pet to come to our clinic.
